My Favorite Things...53...Unexpected Pleasures

Day 6 of 13 A Dazzling Dozen Delicious Desserts

Can you guess what this is?

Tonight Paton & I had  sushi at a new Japanese restaurant in Ringwood, New Jersey.  I've had sushi in a lot of places, including Asia, Paris & California...and I have never seen a garnish like this little radish carved into a lantern.  Isn't it precious?  My favorite part about blogging is definitely the show & tell.  Something fun comes your way, and with the flash of a digital camera...it's blog-able.

So without further ado, it's time to introduce our next "Dazzling Dessert Hostess with the Mostest"...Angela Byington of Cottage Magpie.  Angela's a woman who seems to have more energy than 3 people...her blog is one of the most ambitious ones that I've seen so far.  The only thing that has slowed Angela down a wee bit in the past month or so has been her moving to a new house.

She is thoroughly enthusiastic and entertaining in a Lucy and Ethel "throw yourself into everything you do" sort of way...So let's have a big round of applause for "My Favorite Magpie"!
